For a few hours, Avalanche de Saveurs reinvents brunch with one simple idea: making ice cream the common thread of the whole experience.
It accompanies every creation and appears where you least expect it,
in fresh, generous and unique pairings. In Saint-Georges every Sunday, and in Crisnée on the first Sunday of the month.

Avalanche de Saveurs brunches are much more than a meal: a relaxed moment to share with friends or family.
SWEET?
Fluffy pancakes, poached pear, caramel, fresh fruit… The brunch continues sweetly, always with our signature frozen touch.
SAVOURY?
Gravlax, roasted squash, slow-cooked egg, Ardennes ham… Generous pairings lifted by a frozen touch that changes everything.
COFFEE?
Tea, coffee or hot chocolate included. Other hot drinks are available for an extra €2 (incl. VAT).
LEMONADE?
Every package includes a homemade lemonade, raspberry or lemon, for a fresh and light touch to your brunch.
